Terms of Service

  1. Ownership rights.

    You own your website and all designs on it. As such, you can do whatever you wish with your site once I've been paid.

  2. Scheduling.

    All designs and development are done during normal hours: M-F, 9-5; PC cleanup hours are more lenient.

  3. Nothing is free!

    Sorry, I'm too busy to help others for FREE anymore - whether it is for charities, non-profits, etc. - let me know if you want to barter though!

  4. Billing structure.

    I charge by the web page, whether it is new or modifying an existing one. For PC cleanups, the fee is for one computer.

  5. Late payment.

    A 30-day grace period is in effect once an invoice has been emailed for payment. 10% late fees on an existing balance start after that.

  6. Invoice balance cap.

    If an invoice exceeds $300, the balance must be brought down to no more than $100, or all design will be put on hold until it is paid in full. Two weeks after I send out an email notification, appropriate legal steps will be taken for restitution if payment hasn't been made.

  7. Termination of services by client.

    If you prematurely suspend services, you cannot use any of my prior design, in part or in whole, or pass any of it on to anybody else to use, in part or in whole. %20 of invoiced work is still due to compensate for my lost client scheduling.
